Things I’d tell my younger self that would have saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress:

Skip the breast implants.

Face tape > Botox.

Eat the steak.

Prioritize sleep.

Move your body.

Get sunlight.

Lower your stress.

Stop chasing youth.

Looking healthy will always beat trying to look younger.

Botox poisoned me and that’s what gave me MCAS.

I’d never heard of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) before it happened to me. My immune system broke down and started reacting to everything. I managed it for a year, then got sick recently and it came back. So here I am going through it again and sharing my full protocol while I do.

Swipe for everything I use to manage and reverse it. Diet, supplements, movement, tools, and the one medication I make an exception for.

No one talks about Botox poisoning, but it happened to me.

It’s been 2 years since my Botox poisoning and I’m still not fully the same.

In April 2024, I had a “routine” Botox appointment.

Within weeks, my body started shutting down.

I couldn’t swallow normally
My tongue swelled making it hard to breathe
I had panic attacks that felt like I was dying
My blood pressure dropped so low I blacked out
I developed severe gut issues, brain fog, and muscle weakness

No one warned me this could happen.

Botox isn’t “just cosmetic”, it’s a neurotoxin.

And reactions like this are not rare, they’re just not talked about.

It took months to rebuild my body, regulate my nervous system, and heal the damage.

I’m about 99% better now, but this changed everything for me.

If you’ve been dealing with “random” symptoms after Botox, fillers, or treatments your body might not be overreacting.
