☀️ Protect Your Skin—Protect Your Health! ☀️
Sunshine is great for the soul, but too much ultraviolet (UV) exposure can damage your skin in as little as 15 minutes. Over time, UV rays can lead to premature aging, painful sunburns, eye damage, and increase your risk of skin cancer.
Stay safe in the sun with these simple tips:
🧴 Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every day—even on cloudy days.
🕶️ Wear sunglasses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
👒 Protect your skin with a wide-brimmed hat and lightweight, long-sleeved clothing.
🌳 Seek shade, especially between 10 AM and 4 PM, when UV rays are strongest.
💧 Stay hydrated while spending time outdoors.
🔍 Check your skin regularly for new or changing moles or spots, and schedule a skin evaluation if you notice anything unusual.
Healthy skin is part of a healthy life. Prevention is always easier than treatment!
If you have concerns about a changing mole, frequent sunburns, or would like a skin examination, we're here to help.
