Friday, September 4th
1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Burnstein Auditorium

Do you have a way with words? Whether you're a seasoned spelling champion or simply want to enjoy a friendly competition, everyone is encouraged to participate. This exciting event is a great opportunity for residents and staff to come together, cheer each other on, and celebrate learning, teamwork, and laughter.

Our special pronouncer, Jan First, will guide contestants through each round as they spell their way toward the championship. Spectators are welcome too, so come support your friends and coworkers while enjoying an afternoon of fun and friendly rivalry.

A Taste of Australia & New Zealand

Itzik Levin and his wife have made it their mission to visit every continent. Along the way, Itzik captures stunning photographs and pairs them with informative, entertaining stories that he generously shares with Zarrow Pointe residents. Their global adventures continue to inspire curiosity, connection, and a love of learning throughout our community.

What in the World?
This Is My Life at Tulsa World
Featuring Ken Neal
Thursday, August 27th

While still a senior at Sand Springs High School in 1953, Ken Neal started with the Tulsa World newspaper as a 17-year-old copy boy. Over the next 56 years, he held every reporting position at the paper, retiring in 2009 as Senior Editor of the Editorial Pages, the opinion section that was feared, praised and courted by every local and state politician. He briefly left the World in 1965 for six years to develop three subdivisions in Sapulpa, OK, building over 100 homes in that time.

Our Adopt a School program is always a favorite with Zarrow Pointe residents.

This year, we were excited to add Burroughs Elementary to our annual school supply drive, joining McClure Elementary and Marshall Elementary.

Resident Joe Newell even helped deliver the supplies, making sure everything made its way from Zarrow Pointe into the hands of students and teachers.

We love being able to support our local schools and give back to the community we call home

From strength and balance, core fitness, tai chi and yoga, our fitness programs help residents stay active and support their mobility so they can continue doing the things they love.
