We hope you had a love-filled Valenspine's Day ❤️ And remember—this month is also about self-love. What better way to treat yourself than by caring for your spine?

Hey there, Healthwise Family! We hope your year is treating you well so far! Speaking of treats, here's a delicious recipe for a Sweet Valenspine's Snack 😋

Strawberry Salsa with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients:
1 pint of strawberries
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 bag of semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
How to Make:
•Cut and dice the strawberries into small pieces.
•Place them in a bowl, add the sugar, mix well, and set aside.
•In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir, then continue microwaving for another minute or until fully melted.
•Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the parchment, about 4mm thick.
•Place in the refrigerator or freezer and allow the chocolate to set for at least 30 minutes.
•Once completely set, break the chocolate into small, "chip-sized" pieces.

Dip the chocolate "chips" into the strawberry salsa and enjoy! 🍓🍫
