Meet June, a 6 year old Great Dane! June's primary care veterinarian noted mildly enlarged lymph nodes during her routine annual exam (Yay for preventive care!) We did a fine needle aspirate here and diagnosed with B-Cell lymphoma. She underwent CHOP chemotherapy and has done so well! We love you June!

Meet Lacey and her family. Lacey is one of many kitties that we are currently seeing for mammary adenocarcinoma. Yes, you read that right. Cats and dogs can get breast cancer too. Fortunately for Lacey, she was a good candidate for chemotherapy and she did very well with her treatments and recently graduated! Great job Lacey!

This pretty face belongs to Luna! Luna was diagnosed with mammary carcinoma and underwent bilateral mastectomy surgery with her primary care vet. Once she was healed from her surgery we started her on chemotherapy. She was a very good girl, but not a big fan of having an IV placed, so we had to win her love with Churu treats which she begrudgingly accepted. We are so happy that she got to graduate recently and take some fun toys home. Way to go Luna!

This sweet face belongs to Midge the English Bulldog. Midge's owners noticed a mass protruding from her re**um. A surgical excision and biopsy showed that it was an anorectal leiomyosarcoma, a rare type of soft tissue sarcoma. Due to the location and known aggressive behavior of this specific tumor type, Midge was treated with chemotherapy. She did very well, and recently graduated. We love you Midge!

Meet Rylee! Rylee is a 4 year old German Shepherd who we have been treating for lymphoma. Rylee was only 3 & 1/2 years old when she was diagnosed. While not as common as in older dogs, this goes to show that cancer doesn't discriminate due to age. Rylee has done very well and has been such a good patient!

This sweet girl is Roxie! Roxie was originally seen by her primary care vet for watery eyes, scooting and mildly enlarged lymph nodes, all presumed to be related to seasonal allergies. When she didn't improve with treatment her lymph nodes were aspirated and unfortunately Roxie was diagnosed with lymphoma. She also had glaucoma likely secondary to lymphoma in her eye. She was referred to us and was also seen by the local ophthalmologist, Dr. Gwin, and has been undergoing treatment for her cancer. She has done so well and got to graduate! We love you Roxie!

We would like to introduce you to Cora and her dad! Cora had a malignant melanoma removed from her back leg. Her staging showed no signs of metastasis so she was a great candidate for Oncept, the melanoma vaccine. She recently completed her initial series. We will continue to monitor and booster her in the future. Great job sweet girl!
