Your care doesn’t stop when you leave the clinic. Our new app makes it easier to access your personalized home exercise program, follow your provider’s instructions, and stay connected between appointments.

You can use the app to watch HD exercise videos, track completed exercises and progress, earn achievements, schedule appointments, and securely message your provider—all from your phone or tablet.

How do current patients get started?

Once your LifeMotion provider assigns your home exercise program, you’ll receive an email from [email protected]. Follow the link in that email to create your password, then download the LifeMotion Physical Therapy app from the App Store or Google Play.

We’re excited to give our patients another convenient way to stay active, informed, and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
