Many of you asked me what pellets are, so here’s a definition:

Hormone pellets for women are tiny, rice-sized cylinders implanted under the skin to deliver slow-release hormone replacement therapy (HRT) using estrogen or testosterone over three months. They treat menopausal symptoms.

Myth or Fact?

Myth: Heavy, painful periods are “just part of being a woman.”

Fact: Severe pain or very heavy bleeding is not normal. Conditions like endometriosis, fibroids, or hormonal imbalances may be the cause—and they’re treatable.
