Come join Deanna Kubler of As You Are for a mid-week evening sound bath.

We will initiate the session with the gong, receive the crystal bowls for the duration of the session, and close with the chime.

Please bring something to make yourself comfortable while laying on the floor (mat, blanket, pillow).

The vibrational frequencies will assist us in entering a meditative state to further prepare us for a restful sleep that evening. 🌔

Come join Deanna Kubler of As You Are for a Gong Fu Cha tea ceremony where we will sit in presence with the wisdom of the Tea plant, Camellia Sinensis. 🌱

Our time together will include conversation about the tea plant & the practice of Cha Dao (The way of Tea), a brief qigong form and acupressure points to move our Qi, tea drinking, and a guided meditation in honor of the Taoist element we will be working with.

We will be sitting in a circle on the floor so please bring something to make yourself comfortable to sit on (floor, cushion, mat, meditation stool, etc.)
