Over the past several months, our Account Relationship Managers have been on the road across Oklahoma, meeting with participants, providing hands-on training, answering questions, and helping organizations get even more value from MyHealth Access Network's Health Information Exchange. Every visit is an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and ensure participants have the tools they need to provide the best possible care.

Here are just a few recent highlights:

Greg Conover met with participants across Tulsa, including teams at Ardent Hillcrest Healthcare System – Utica Park Clinic and Great Plains Recovery Center. From demonstrating how the Provider Portal reduces time spent tracking down records to expanding portal access and speaking with referral teams, Greg continues to help participants work more efficiently.

Samantha Almanza visited Trujillo Multi-Healthcare, where Dr. Francisca Trujillo shared how valuable MyHealth has been throughout her career. The visit also included discussions around Single Sign-On through Athena and opportunities to participate in an upcoming pilot.

Katie Cooper spent time with participants across northwest Oklahoma, including St. Mary's Regional Medical Center and Associated Therapeutic Services. Her visits focused on onboarding new users, scheduling in-person Provider Portal training, discussing participant incentives, and helping organizations increase their use of the HIE so they can get the greatest value from the network.

Whether it's providing training, answering questions, or building lasting relationships, our Account Relationship Managers are committed to helping participants succeed, one visit at a time.

Most of us assume our medical records are all in one place.

It's an easy assumption to make. After all, we can access our bank account, order groceries, and pay bills from our phones. It feels like our healthcare information should work the same way.

The reality is that hospitals, physician practices, specialists, laboratories, and other healthcare organizations often use different electronic health record systems. Those systems don't automatically communicate with one another.

That's where Health Information Exchange comes in. MyHealth Access Network helps participating healthcare organizations securely exchange relevant clinical information, making it available when and where it's needed to support patient care.

Connected health information helps providers see more of the story, leading to better-informed decisions and more coordinated care.

This August, we're celebrating Jennifer Benton and her four years with MyHealth Access Network!

Jennifer joined MyHealth in August 2022 as our Accounting Manager and, through her dedication and leadership, was promoted to Controller in August 2025. Her commitment to supporting our organization has helped MyHealth continue serving healthcare providers and communities across Oklahoma.

When she's not keeping our finances on track, Jennifer enjoys exploring Tulsa on two wheels. She's an active member of the Tulsa Tough Divas Program and can often be found biking throughout the city.

Thank you, Jennifer, for your hard work, leadership, and the many contributions you've made over the past four years. Congratulations on this milestone, and we're grateful to have you as part of the MyHealth team!

Vaccines play an important role in protecting individuals and communities from preventable diseases. Staying up to date on recommended immunizations helps protect not only your own health, but also the health of those around you.

Keeping accurate immunization records is just as important. Whether you're seeing a new provider, visiting a specialist, or receiving care in an emergency, having access to your vaccination history can help healthcare providers make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary duplicate vaccinations.

For healthcare organizations participating in HIE, immunization records are available in the MyHealth Provider Portal, helping providers access the information they need to deliver coordinated, informed care.
