At First Call, we love recognizing team members who go above and beyond! Our Shining Star program celebrates employees who consistently demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellence in everything they do.

⭐ To be eligible, team members must:
✅ Have no performance issues, write-ups, or performance action plans within the last 12 months.
✅ Have no insufficient call-offs or insufficient cancellations within the last 12 months.
✅ Keep all required credentials and documentation up to date.
✅ Maintain strong communication with our team.
✅ Be employed with First Call Medical for at least 12 months.
✅ Receive a compliment or positive feedback from a client.
