What is Vocational Wellness?
Vocational wellness involves finding personal fulfillment and satisfaction in your work or daily activities, regardless of age. It's about engaging in meaningful tasks and activities that contribute to your sense of identity and community.

Why is it Important and part of our Life Enrichment Life Works Program?
For seniors, vocational wellness plays a crucial role in maintaining mental and emotional health. It encourages social interaction, boosts self-esteem, and fosters a sense of accomplishment. Engaging in purposeful activities can lead to a more fulfilling and enriched life.

"I forgot to clock in", "I wanted to use PTO on the day I missed", "When is open enrollment?", "Can you fix my timecard?", all of these things are heard daily by Jeffrey, our wonderful Human Resources associate.
