🖤 STRENGTH BECOMES SURVIVAL 🖤

As we enter June, we recognize Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, PTSD Awareness Month, Father's Day, and Juneteenth.

We also carry forward the reflections from Legacy Fest and Part 1 of the TBMHA Community Healing Series, where we explored the impact of historical trauma on our community.

For many of us, strength wasn't just a choice—it was a necessity.

The strong friend.
The provider.
The protector.
The one who kept going no matter what.

Sometimes strength becomes survival.

This month, we'll explore trauma, resilience, fatherhood, freedom, and community healing as we prepare for Part 2 of our Community Healing Series:

Me Against the World: Navigating Survival Mode

Because understanding our survival is part of understanding our story.
