⭐Employee Spotlight: Osie Rambus ⭐
Born in Chicago, Osie moved to West Point, MS at the age of seven, where her family’s roots began. She started her journey at West Point Community Living Center as a cook and, through years of hard work and dedication, advanced to Dietary Manager. She continues to lead with care and commitment. Looking back, she shared, “It’s been a long, GOOD journey,” reflecting on nearly 48 years of service. She is especially proud of her dependable team, many of whom have worked alongside her for more than 20 years. Family has always been her greatest motivation, and over the years she has raised five beautiful children and introduced her seven grandchildren to her staff and residents. When she is away from work, Osie enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, and shopping.
What she treasures most about working at West Point is the opportunity to connect with residents and their families. She loves meeting new people from all backgrounds and values the chance to learn something new from each person she encounters.
Osie’s dedication, compassion, and nearly five decades of service have made a lasting impact on West Point, and we are proud to recognize her outstanding journey.
