Did you know your massage may qualify as an eligible FSA/HSA expense? 💳✨

A licensed medical provider may recommend massage therapy as part of treatment for conditions such as:

• Chronic neck, back or shoulder pain
• Migraines or tension headaches
• Sciatica
• Arthritis-related pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Muscle injuries, strains or spasms
• Pain or limited mobility following an injury

Your provider may need to issue a Letter of Medical Necessity that includes your diagnosis, recommended treatment, frequency and duration.

Please confirm the requirements with your plan administrator before booking. If your FSA/HSA card is declined, you must be prepared to use another form of payment. Blissful Balance will provide an itemized receipt for your records and possible reimbursement.

Eligibility is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed. Massage for general relaxation typically does not qualify.
