Hamel since 2002 and Dr. Collin Robillard since 2013. The practice has provided highly competent and personalized professional eye care in Turlock since 1950 when the practice was started by Dr. Ronald Julien. We are committed to continuing to provide the most comprehensive eye care services, as we have for the past 60 years .
