Woke up in a funk. Brain was being all brainy and just wasn’t feeling life. And I knew then what I had to do — get my work out on! I could have chosen many different things but I’m grateful I was able to choose self care. I’m grateful I chose to get my blood a pumping and my heart a racing which activates my brain to produce all those happy brain chemicals I needed! I hope yinz are able to choose self care today too!

I was able to wake up and choose self care this morning! I may be tired from a long conference and I could have stayed in bed on my last day off. But I’m devoted to my change. I’m determined to keep on growing and I’m dedicated to showing up consistently for myself. I hope yinz guys are able to choose self care today too!

My peoples, I am SUPER STOKED because today is the DAY!!! Today is the day for Brain Humming 101, my workshop where I teach peoples how to stimulate their vagus nerve with the power of their own voice!!! This vagus nerve stimulation activates our brains into producing allllllllllll those happy brain chemicals we need to survive in today's topsy turvy world! Today's workshop starts at 4pm! I hope to see some of yinz bright and shiny faces later today!
