June is PTSD Awareness Month.

PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. This month, we recognize the strength of those living with PTSD and encourage awareness, understanding, and support.

If you or someone you know is struggling, Hope Pointe is open 24/7/365 at no cost for mental health and substance use crisis services.

Throughout Mental Health Awareness Month, our team had the opportunity to connect with communities across Pickens County, Bibb County, and Aliceville, sharing resources, raising awareness, and reminding others that help is available.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and joined the conversation about mental health. Together, we continue working to reduce stigma and increase access to care throughout West Alabama.

We enjoyed being part of these communities and look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
