Birthdays are a time to celebrate, but this year I’ve been thinking a lot about how much there is to be grateful for. 🤍

True40 has become so much more than a workout studio. It’s a place where friendships are made, confidence is built, hard days are made a little lighter, and people show up for themselves and each other.
