Miller County Care and Rehabilitation We are a not-for-profit facility owned by the Miller County Nursing Home District, which has a 6-member Board of Directors who manage and operate the facility.

Our guiding principle is to provide outstanding and professional healthcare in a loving, home-like atmosphere in a rural setting. We are known for excellence in providing the highest standard of quality care to our residents.

We are excited to welcome our community as we celebrate the opening of the new Hospice Unit at Miller County Care & Rehabilitation Center! 💚
