💉 Flu Shots Begin October 1!

When is the best time to get your flu shot? While we can’t predict exactly when flu season will peak, our providers look closely at current research and recommendations when deciding the best timing for our patients.

Beginning October 1 helps provide protection closer to the months when flu activity is often at its highest.

Flu shots will be available at all of our locations beginning October 1.

Ticks love warm, hidden places. After spending time outdoors, be sure to check:
✔️ Behind your knees
✔️ Under your arms
✔️ Around your waist
✔️ Behind your ears
✔️ Along your hairline

Removing a tick promptly may help reduce the risk of some tick-borne illnesses.

Come see us if you experience:
• Fever or chills
• Rash (especially a spreading or bull's-eye rash)
• Headache
• Muscle or joint aches
• Fatigue after a tick bite
• A tick that is deeply embedded or difficult to remove
