🎬 Fair warning... There were lots of takes, a few nervous laughs, and plenty of stepping outside our comfort zones. 😊

But that's what learning is all about!

This summer, we've had the privilege of welcoming an incredible group of college student interns to the Rhema family. As part of their experience, they helped us launch our very first Rhema Health Minute—sharing important health information with our community while gaining confidence along the way.

We're so proud of their effort, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. Take a look, cheer them on, and stick with us...we're just getting started, and we promise to get better with every Health Minute!

💙💚 Meet Victoria!
Hi, I'm Victoria, a Union Springs, Alabama native, devoted mother of two, and owner of T&T Creations Boutique. I'm excited to begin this new chapter with the Rhema Health & Wellness team while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
Faith, purpose, and perseverance have always guided my journey. Alongside running my boutique and helping others feel confident, I've earned my Associate Degree in Medical Administration, currently work as a Medical Assistant, and am continuing my training to become a certified Phlebotomist.
I believe that with faith, hard work, and determination, anything is possible. My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while encouraging others to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and never stop growing.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve our patients, grow with the Rhema family, and make a positive impact in the community every day.

💙💚 Meet Ebony Frazier!

Hi, I'm Ebony Frazier, a graduate of Loachapoka High School (Class of 2014). I'm excited to begin a new chapter with the Rhema Health & Wellness team.

For more than a decade, I've worked in childcare, where I discovered my passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. After spending a year and a half in California and taking time to reflect on my long-term goals, I realized it was time to pursue a career in healthcare.

Joining Rhema has given me the opportunity to work in a physician's office while taking the first steps toward my long-term goal of continuing my education to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

I'm grateful for the opportunity to grow with the Rhema team and look forward to serving our patients and our community. Thank you for welcoming me to the Rhema family! 💙💚

A rising senior at the University of Alabama majoring in Public Health, Cheryl is a consistent President's List student, former Rhema Health Scholar, and aspiring physician committed to serving rural communities.

Her internship represents a true full-circle moment as she is mentored by Dr. Deanah Maxwell Stafford—a fellow University of Alabama alumna and graduate of the Rural Medical Scholars Program.

At Rhema Health & Wellness, we believe the future of rural healthcare starts by investing in the next generation of leaders. Watching students like Cheryl return home to learn, serve, and grow is exactly why we do what we do.

💙💚 Meet Areionna Green!

Areionna graduated with honors from Tallassee High School (Class of 2022) and is currently entering her second year in the BSN Nursing Program at Jacksonville State University.

This summer, she's joined the Rhema Health & Wellness team to continue developing her clinical skills through hands-on patient care and real-world experience. She is especially grateful to Dr. Deanah Maxwell Stafford, our providers, and the Rhema team for investing in her growth and providing an environment where learning and service go hand in hand.

After earning her nursing degree, Areionna plans to serve in the United States Air Force before pursuing a career in travel nursing, combining her passion for healthcare with a desire to serve others while exploring new opportunities.

We're proud to be part of Areionna's journey and can't wait to see all she accomplishes.

Alzheimer’s affects not only the person diagnosed. It affects the whole family.

That is why awareness matters.

It helps families recognize signs earlier.

It helps caregivers feel less alone.

It helps loved ones connect with support.

It helps us replace shame with understanding.

If your family is noticing memory changes, do not sit with that worry by yourself. Start the conversation and reach out for help.

To the caregivers caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia…

We see you.

The appointments, the medications, the reminders, the hard days, the repeated questions, the emotional weight — it is a lot.

Please remember that your health matters too.

Take breaks when you can. Ask for help. Keep your own appointments. Talk about how you are doing.

You cannot pour from an empty cup.
