Patients ask me all the time about pillows. I actually have had very good results using this pillow. For the price it’s worth a try for sure. Make sure to use the sides of the pillow when sleeping on your side. Sleeping on your back with this pillow is wonderful!

I will be out of town 9/22-10/6. We have some exciting new updates to the office. Besides some construction updates with a new front door and massage room window we’ve invested in a brand new HillDT spinal decompression table. This new technology will help relieve degenerative spinal conditions and symptoms due to disc degeneration more effectively than our current system. Our staff has been working hard on our education and certification for our new equipment that should be here in the next few weeks. Check out HillDTsolutions.com for more information.

Hill DT's Decompression Tables use leading-edge technology to provide a non-surgical solution to chronic disc pain.

My Google Business profile is being attacked by false claims from a group of men in San Diego County. Apparently my husband gave their business a bad review and this is their only way to get back at him by attacking his wife’s business profile. If you are an actual patient you know how I conduct my business and do my best to go the extra mile for customer service. I appreciate your trust in me as your health care chiropractic provider. Sincerely, Amy Friedman.
