As the content creator for our small business, I was reading through our Google Reviews to share. This particular review caught my attention and made me tear up. In fact, as parents, I know many of us have felt moments where we feel helpless - especially in the medical system. I can just hear this mama's hope and appreciation for providers to treat her with the same compassion we all desire....

"My son’s prescription was filled at Cedar Springs for the first time last week. It’s been a drug that’s somewhat difficult to find since COVID and it’s continued. I called to confirm that they had the drug in stock and they did so my son’s pediatrician called it in. Unfortunately, it was called in 5 minutes before they closed. The pharmacist called me and told me that she would fill it and would stay open and wait for me if I’d like. She stayed past closing for 25 minutes so that my son could have had essential medication the next day. We’re new patients. We had never filled anything there before and that’s how Cedar Springs treated us. Exceptionally.
Rest assured that I’ll be allowing myself time to browse the store next time. They have a delectable assortment of candy and unique items and gifts. I’m so glad I found this gem of a pharmacy with such kind, thoughtful people! Thank you so much!"
