Sometimes life reminds us just how important it is to come together and support one another. ❤️

I’m sharing this in hopes that our Twin Falls community can help spread the word and bring a little more support, love, and encouragement to this family during an unimaginable time.

A 5-year-old child is fighting brain cancer, and no family should ever have to face something this heartbreaking alone. While we may not live in their community, we are all Idaho. We are neighbors, and we believe in standing together, especially when someone is facing one of the hardest battles of their life.

Please take a moment to share, send prayers, positive thoughts, or whatever support you feel called to give. Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference.

. We wanted to clear up a little confusion for our customers.

We are no longer associated with Terra cotta Park . Any loaded baked potatoes being served there are not from us.

We've had several customers reach out asking, so we wanted to clarify that Baked N Loaded Potato Company is currently closed and is not serving our famous spuds at any location at this time.

We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to serving you again in the future. ❤️

As we mentioned last week, we will be changing some things up this week. Here’s a few things to keep in mind:

• Tuesday lunch is TBD. We may do pretzel bites & our regular lunch menu if there is any interest.

• On Friday we will be offering sweet roll pre-orders/pick up for your weekend breakfast treats. Pick up will be during lunch at the food truck.

Well friends, after a lot of thought, prayers, tears, conversations, and probably more potatoes than any human should consume in a lifetime, we've made the difficult decision to close Baked N Loaded Potato Company.

This wasn't an easy choice. This little potato shop has been so much more than a business to us. It has been a dream, a leap of faith, a classroom, a blessing, and sometimes a source of enough stress to make us question our sanity. But through it all, it has been ours.

For the last three years, you've celebrated milestones with us, supported us during hard seasons, stood in line for loaded potatoes, laughed with us, encouraged us, and become part of our story. For that, we are incredibly grateful.

We know many of you will have questions. The truth is, sometimes life takes you in a different direction than you planned. This decision is about us, our family, and what's best for this season of life.

While this chapter is ending, our story isn't over.

You'll still be able to find us out and about as we continue vendoring at events, festivals, and community gatherings. So don't worry we're not disappearing completely. We're just trading four walls for a little more freedom and flexibility. We'll keep everyone updated on where you'll be able to find us next.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for every order, every recommendation, every kind word, every social media share, and every time you chose to support a small family business.

This isn't goodbye.

It's simply "see you around the next corner."

Good Morning Potato Heads N Fans! I know its been a moment weve been in and we hope to be serving you soon again! So Stay tuned!!
But till then its Mr. Spud heads 44th birthday today… can you even believe it?! 🎉🎂
I met him when he was 20, about to turn 21, and somehow here we are 24 years later. Time really does fly. We’ve been through absolute hell and back together—and honestly, I wouldn’t want to survive the chaos with anyone else 😂❤️
He’s one of the most loyal, caring people I know, and he deserves to feel extra loved today. Both of his parents are in heaven now, so birthdays can be a little bittersweet… which is exactly why I want to make this one special for him.
Here’s where you all come in…
I’m on a budget 😅, so my gift idea is simple: help me blow up his phone with birthday texts/calls from as many people as possible—even if you don’t know him! Imagine waking up to a phone full of random strangers wishing you a happy birthday 😂 I think it would make his whole day.
He doesn’t have Facebook, so he’ll have no clue this is happening 🤫

Hey guys!! We’re so excited to see you today!! 🙌
Sooo… slight plot twist 😅 we’re running a little behind schedule (turns out our break was just long enough for us to forget how to function like normal humans 😂).
BUT don’t worry—we’re getting it together and will be ready to serve up the goods starting at 2pm and going until we sell out tonight! 🥔🔥
We’ll be here all day… eventually fully organized… maybe… kinda… you get it 😂

Hello, my name is Bailey. I’m a born and raised Idahoan. My story is like many others when it comes to sad chapters… but I never allowed those chapters to define me. I always knew my life had purpose, even when I couldn’t see the full picture.
I’ve walked through heartbreak, uncertainty, and moments that could have easily hardened my heart. There were times I felt lost, times I doubted myself, and times when the road ahead looked impossible. But I made a decision....I would not let my past hold me back. I would use it to build something better.
Through every high and low, my faith carried me. I believe in Jesus with all my heart. When I didn’t understand why things were happening, I leaned into Him. When doors closed, I trusted He was guiding me to the right ones. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without His grace, His timing, and His direction.
This business… it’s more than just a dream. It’s my boat. Like Noah building the ark before the storm, I’m building in faith. This boat carries my family, my second chances, and the belief that something beautiful can come from broken places. It represents hope, resilience, and trusting God even when the future feels uncertain.
Life will knock you down. The past will try to whisper that you’re not enough. But I stand here today knowing that our hardest seasons can become the foundation for our greatest purpose. I’m not perfect.... just faithful, determined, and willing to keep building.
If you’re going through something right now, don’t give up. Don’t let your past anchor you. Let it shape you. Keep building your boat. Trust the process. And believe that good things can...and do ...come from hard places.
