Responsibilities include:
Answering phones

Verifying insurance and obtaining benefit information
Calculating charges and collecting payments
Help assisting with patient frame selection and placing orders
Qualifications:
HS diploma required
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Fast learner, self-starter, detail oriented
