FLOWER MOON SOUND BATH WEDNESDAY MAY 22 7:00 PM presented by Barbara Zago- featuring Wendy Winter Woods on flute at Magic Valley Sanctuary 1380 Miller Ave. Buhl, ID

After a long dormant winter of personal healing, I am offering a FREE sound bath as I return to the sacred work of sound healing. We will honor the Flower Moon during this guided meditation with the sounds of the monochord, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and the Native American flute. Sound frequencies are known to help calm the mind, decrease stress, improve sleep, expand awareness, and release both physical and emotional pain.
The full moon in May is called the Flower Moon and is a reminder to be thankful for the beauty around us as we are encouraged to recognize divine timing and the flow of the natural world. Many believe the flower moon to be a sacred time of blooming and awakening. This is a great time to start anew with inner clarity and direction.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably, which may include a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask. (A few chairs are available for those who need them.) The Moon rises at 8:40 PM; so at the conclusion of the sound meditation tea will be served as we observe and reflect on the beauty of the full moon and the sounds created in celebration of this new beginning!

Sound Bath Meditation-Wednesday, October 5th - 6:30-7:30 PM
Enjoy relaxing sounds with Wendy from Sound Synergy and Barbara from the Magic Valley Sound Sanctuary. Relax while listening to native flute, drums, tibetan/crystal singing bowls, and more while you enjoy a restful meditation. All ages welcome (supervision required for those under 18). Bring a yoga mat, or chair- anything you need to sit or lie down comfortably on the floor.
