IS ANYBODY OUT THERE?
Recently I had a new client come in for a session. She was visiting from many states away.

Years prior to that she had been in town and had discovered me (online) although she did not get in for a session at that time. So for almost 5 years, she says, she has been following along with my newsletters and offerings from 8+ hours away.

And finally she got back in town and finally got in for a session and she was so very happy that she did!!
She stated how much she loved my work and wished she lived closer and could see me routinely.

I actually hear this from many folks who are just visiting our little corner of the country from other cities and states.

This and more makes it feel as if MY audience is so unique or so specific, that it doesn't align with the community I live and work within.

Needless to say, as a small business, this can be a very frustrating and disheartening experience.

👣 First Helene Suh will lead QIGONG - a gentle guided movement practice. (It's so very relaxing.)
👣 Then I will guide us through 5RHYTHMS, a freeform movement / dance with music. (Fun meets movement and more.)
👣 And lastly, Jacquie Reis will lead a MINDFUL MEDITATION as we land in stillness and inner- bliss.
