What's one healthy ritual that instantly lowers your stress level? 🌅
For me, it's simple.
When life starts feeling loud, I walk to the beach for sunrise. There’s something about watching the sky slowly wake up that reminds me I don’t have to have everything figured out before the day begins. The sound of the waves, the cool morning air, and those few quiet moments before everyone else is awake help me come back to myself.
It's not a grand wellness practice. It's just a small ritual that helps me feel grounded, present, and a little more human.
