Please help us welcome Sarah van Reenen as our new Family Nurse Practitioner! Sarah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of medical experience across pediatrics, nursery, mother-baby care, NICU/NIMC, surgical ICU, medical ICU and as a flight nurse.

Having grown up in Longview, Sarah earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler. She became a Nurse Practitioner with feeling the Lord was calling her to a higher role in patient care, to be more actively involved in impacting their care and outcomes. Sarah is passionate about partnering with her patients to set and reach goals that help them feel and live their best.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs, being involved with her church ministries, singing and working with the LeTourneau University Rugby Club.

Strong partnerships help make whole-person care possible. Through collaboration with local food banks, schools, colleges, community organizations, healthcare providers, and local leaders, we’re able to connect our patients with valuable resources and support beyond the walls of our health centers.

We’re grateful for every partnership that helps us strengthen our communities and improve the health and well-being of those we serve.
