Since I was off Facebook for the last half of pregnancy, I thought I'd share a bump photo of me & baby boy ( #3) on my sprinkle day back in March. 🩵 This was 9 days before he was born. 🥰

34 weeks and 1 day.

Officially certified as a BIRTHFIT coach! ✨

This BIRTHFIT training expanded my knowledge in so many ways — deepening my understanding of movement, the nervous system, education, intuition, and how we support women holistically. I also love that so much of the framework applies not only to motherhood, but to women’s health and healing as a whole. 🙌🏻

Our third little boy joined our family earthside this last week. 💙🩵💙

It's been an adventure (rollercoaster) the last five weeks, and I can't wait to share this wild birth story one day. But for now, God was so faithful and apparent through every step for us. While we of course were planning for another home birth, God graciously provided a wonderful experience in the hospital. We're so thankful! 🥹🙏🏻 We are grateful for the support of our friends/family and team this last month, too!

We have been home for several days and are doing well. 🥰
