I just can't say enough how much I love PSI!! They offer so many incredible resources, including free online support groups!
Including this new group, offered at 12:30 AM CST for parents that are up at night and need support!!

I have the incredible privilege of being a facilitator for one of the PSI groups and I can tell you that they are really amazing! The people who show up offer the most compassionate support and understanding to each other. I'm touched each time and am so grateful.

If you aren't sure about a group setting, no fear... you don't have to talk or take yourself off camera other than a brief intro. Or you can share your heart out!!

PSI has over 50 groups, each with specialized facilitators to address perinatal specific dynamics.

Check out the offerings and join a group!
