Susan and Lisa kicked off our very first Free at 3 class this past Saturday, and we couldn’t be more proud! 🎉

Every Saturday through August 22, flow. Yoga is offering a FREE community class at 3 PM. These classes are led by our newly certified yoga teachers, giving them the opportunity to grow into their craft while offering YOU an empowering yoga experience.

Today, we are honored to recognize our Illuminate Class of 2026 Graduates!

Illuminate is a Yoga Alliance-recognized 200-hour teacher training program created by our owner and founder, Nikki Bamert. This immersive journey requires dedication, discipline, vulnerability, and heart. Completing this training is no small feat, and we are incredibly proud of each trainee for the commitment they’ve shown.

And now, the best part—you get to experience the fruits of their hard work!

We’re bringing back our FREE Community Yoga Class on Saturdays at 3:00 PM, where our newly certified teachers will begin leading real-life classes as part of their teaching internships. This is a limited offering for the summer so make sure you take advantage of it!

This weekend marks the final chapter of Illuminate and it may the toughest part.

This immersive training has invited each of us to find our edge—and then leap beyond it. We have stretched, questioned, unraveled, and rediscovered ourselves. We’ve excavated old stories, explored the deeper layers of our souls, immersed ourselves in the business and practice of yoga, learned the art of assisting, and learned the abilities you need to create classes that empower.

And somehow, we know the deepest work is still unfolding.

As yoga teachers, we are reminded that we are students first. Always learning. Always growing. Always beginning again.

This Sunday, these remarkable trainees are on track to graduate after they pass one final test, and we will have the honor of sending them out into the world. Not simply as yoga teachers, but as guides of compassion, kindness, authenticity, and empowerment. They will carry the teachings far beyond the walls of the studio—into their communities, their relationships, and the lives of every student they touch.

What a privilege it has been to witness their transformation.
And what a gift it will be to see where their journey leads next.

Send them all your love and encouragement as they finish out this weekend! It will not be easy but it will be worth it!

One of the 12 Laws of Transformation laid out by Baron Baptiste is stepping out of your comfort zone.

“We cannot transform without leaving our comfort zone. There is no secret passage around this basic law. You must face your fears, relax in unconditional openness, and cut through all of your tendencies to hold on.”

Baron goes on to quote Rilke: “The easy path leads to the hard life, but the hard path leads to the easy life.”

It’s not always easy to step onto our yoga mats, but we know where that path can lead. Growth, healing, and transformation often wait just beyond the edges of our comfort zone. There’s a quiet invitation there—encouraging us to trust, to be brave, and to take one small step into the unknown for our highest good.

Please note: classes will be canceled Sunday, June 28th while our instructors gather for a special team-building day together. 🤍

We’re also getting ready for a brand-new product coming soon to flow.… and we cannot wait to share it with you. 👀Hint: it pairs perfectly with fresh homegrown meat and will make flow. your one-stop shop for cozy, home-cooked meals.

June is also an especially meaningful month for our Illuminate Teacher Training program. Our group of 10 trainees are graduating on June 7th! Later this summer, they’ll begin offering free yoga classes for the community as interns. More details coming soon — stay tuned!

This Memorial Day, we move with reverent gratitude.

We honor the men and women who carried burdens most of us will never fully understand — the ones who trained, fought, sacrificed, and gave everything in service to others.

So this Monday, we honor them the best way we know how: by showing up together with strength, presence, and gratitude. Though we may never know every name of the fallen, we feel the weight of your sacrifice, and we gather mat to mat in remembrance.
