I would like to hire a full time fully licensed therapist to do trauma work with clients. I will need to transfer some of my existing clients so that I can focus more on upcoming projects. I will want to interview to make sure it is a good fit and the person aligns with the bigger picture future plans. Must be dedicated and self determined and willing to get out there and network. Must also be aligned with working with or around Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Prefer someone with experience if possible but willing to discuss with younger therapists as well. I would get the individual credentialed with insurances
