🍎🧀 An Apple-y Sweet Afternoon at Prestige Estates! 🍏❤️

Our residents were treated to the cutest and most delicious Apple & Cheese Pairing Social today, hosted by our wonderful friend and community partner, Tiffany Clements with Home-Aid Caregivers! 🩷

From the different apple and cheese pairings to the adorable presentation, Tiffany’s attention to every little detail was truly over the top! 🍎🧀✨ Our residents had such a fun time tasting, sampling, and deciding on their favorite combinations. It was creative, interactive, and absolutely delicious!

But what made the afternoon even sweeter was Tiffany herself. She is always so friendly, caring, and genuinely engaged with our residents. You can feel the heart she puts into making them feel special. ❤️

Tiffany, thank you for the time, thoughtfulness, love, and FUN you brought to Prestige Estates today! We appreciate you and our partnership with Home-Aid Caregivers more than you know.

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease in a long-term care setting.

From music and crafts to outings, games, socials and plenty of football-themed fun, our September calendars are packed with opportunities to stay active, connect with friends and make new memories. 🏈🎶🎨

🏕️🌮🎣 WHAT A WAY TO WRAP UP CAMPING WEEK AT PRESTIGE ESTATES! 🎣🌮🏕️

Our Assisted Living Happy Campers packed a lot of fun into the end of the week! 🥰

🌮 We kicked things off with Walking Tacos in cooking class, with some special help from Tasha Chachulski from Housekeeping and Kiara from our Hospitality Team! We love when our Prestige teammates jump in and make memories right alongside our residents! ❤️

🙏🎶 Our residents also enjoyed a beautiful spiritual program and hymn sing along. A big thank you to Chaplain James for bringing the Family & Friends Trio to share hymns, scripture and encouragement with us. We had nearly 27 people in the room! 🙌 We were enjoying it so much that we only captured ONE picture at the very end! 🙃❤️

🎣 Then our Happy Campers headed to The Boulders at Lake Tyler for a wonderful morning of fishing! A HUGE thank you to Jessica, the Event Coordinator, who graciously treated our residents to the entire fishing experience on the house, complete with rods, bait and everything they needed! 💛

And a very special thank you to Susan, a retired nurse who was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful with our ladies throughout the morning. 🥰 Susan, your caring heart certainly showed, and we appreciated you so much!

🌮 We topped off our fishing adventure with some delicious food from Montez creekside food-truck, and of course, no road trip back home to Prestige is complete without an ice cream stop! 🍦😋

Cooking, fellowship, hymns, fishing, good food, ice cream and LOTS of smiles…we’d say our Happy Campers wrapped up Camping Week just right! 🏕️🎣❤️

Our Prestige Memory Care friends have had the BEST time during Camping Week! 💚

They got creative painting their own little wooden tree slice masterpieces 🎨🪵 and then came the really fun part… discovering their official camping names! 😂🏕️ Each camper proudly showed off their new name tag, and we had plenty of smiles and laughs along the way!

From crafts and creativity to silly camping names and lots of laughter, this week has been all about making memories together. ❤️

Camping Week may be coming to an end, but the fun we shared and the memories we made are definitely ones to keep! 🌲✨🔥

From Wild West fun and sunny afternoons to Camp Sunshine adventures and apple orchard-inspired activities, August has been full of laughter, friendship, creativity, and joy.

Thank you to our incredible residents, families, volunteers, entertainers, and community partners who help make Prestige Estates feel like home every single day. ❤️

🌻 Sunflower Crafting
Our creative crew transformed clay pots into adorable sunflower creations! With a little paint, lots of creativity, and plenty of smiles, it was the perfect afternoon. 🎨🌻

🍽️ Monthly Lunch Outing
We headed to Kiepersol for our monthly lunch outing! Good food tastes even better when it’s shared with great friends. ❤️

🫖🌸 Tea Time with Madeline
Our ladies enjoyed a lovely morning of hot tea, scones, macarons, and tea sandwiches! Madeline also shared the ins and outs of proper tea-drinking etiquette. Pinkies up, ladies! ☕🎀😉

🧊☕ Iced Coffee Bar
Today, Suzanne from The Hospice of East Texas treated everyone to a delicious iced coffee bar! It was the perfect pick-me-up and such a fun way to spend time together. 🤎✨

🍌🍨 Sweet Treats & Sweet Memories! 🍨🍌

Our Memory Care Friends had the sweetest time taking a little trip down memory lane! 🌟❤️

First stop was the Prestige Soda Shop for a good old fashioned Banana Split Social! 🍌🍦🍒 With ice cream piled high, plenty of toppings, and some oldies playing in the background 🎶, it was the perfect way to reminisce about soda shop days and simpler times. 🥰

Then it was time to roll up our sleeves for a little hands on culinary fun! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 They mixed, stirred, and created their very own Tropical Fluff Salad 🍍🥥🌴 and did a fantastic job!

Good music, sweet treats, hands on fun, and even sweeter memories. Just another beautiful day in Memory Care where Love Lives Here. 💛✨

Summer may be winding down, but the fun is still going strong at Prestige Estates!

This month has already been filled with music, games, creative crafts, delicious treats, scenic rides, birthday celebrations, and so many smiles. Seeing our residents laugh, connect with friends, and enjoy new experiences is what makes every day so special.

We're excited for even more adventures as we head into the second half of August—including Camp Sunshine activities, special entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to make lasting memories together.
