Tim’s Journey
When Tim first came to our office after injuring his low back, he was in so much pain that he couldn’t stand up straight. He struggled to sleep, and even walking into work was painful.
Tim heard about our office through his wife’s coworker, who had also sought care for a herniated disc. She shared that she had experienced life-changing improvement and had been able to avoid spine surgery. Tim said our spinal decompression service was what first drew him to our office.
Because of the severity of his pain, we referred Tim for X-rays and an MRI, which revealed a herniated disc. Tim decided he did not want to pursue a steroid injection or spinal surgery and committed to a care plan that included chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, and Class IV laser therapy.
With each adjustment, our goal was to improve spinal function, reduce stress on the nervous system, and help Tim’s body regain greater balance and function. Spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy were incorporated to further support his healing.
Tim’s progress did not happen overnight—it took months of consistency and commitment. Today, he is putting a new roof on his house, walking as many as 15,000 steps on active workdays, and looking forward to an upcoming wilderness hunt.
The difference in Tim’s side-by-side photos is remarkable, but even more meaningful is seeing everything he is able to do again.
