🇲🇽❤️ Hispanic Heritage Month Employee Spotlight: Natalie Molina!

Today, we’re celebrating Natalie Molina and the Mexican heritage that has shaped her values of family, faith, hard work and compassion.

For Natalie, Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to honor her family’s roots and the traditions and values passed down through generations.

One of her favorite traditional dishes is Morisqueta Michoacana, a delicious combination of white rice, beans, tomato-based sauce, cheese and savory toppings.

A phrase passed down through her family continues to inspire her:

“Trabaja duro, sé humilde y nunca pierdas tus valores.”

“Work hard, be humble, and never lose your values.”

Natalie credits her mother, Sandra, as a major inspiration for staying connected to her roots and taking pride in where she comes from.

“My background has influenced the way I connect with Bethesda patients by shaping my values, compassion, and the importance I place on family, respect and caring for others. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, respected and cared for.”

And one thing Natalie wishes more people appreciated about Mexican culture? The food! 🇲🇽 She loves the time, hard work and love that go into preparing traditional dishes, recognizing that every meal tells a story of family and tradition.

We’re grateful for Natalie and the compassion, dedication and cultural pride she brings to our Bethesda family! ❤️

Our Bethesda Health Clinic team loved connecting with the community, sharing information about our affordable healthcare services, and participating in the Harvest Hustle 5K, which benefited Bethesda!

We loved welcoming students from Grace Community School to Bethesda Health Clinic for a tour! Students got a behind-the-scenes look at our clinic and learned about the many career opportunities in the medical field.

We hope their visit sparked an interest in healthcare and inspired a few future doctors, nurses, and medical professionals! 💙
