At LCF, we create a customized program for each of our clients, focusing on their individual needs, goals, and physical limitations. Our main services include functional fitness evaluations performed by our Physical Therapists, personal and small group training sessions created by our Certified Personal Trainers, and one-on-one nutrition coaching. Also, because of the extensive medical certificati

ons held by our staff, we can offer medically-supervised weight loss and disease management programs to our clients suffering from obesity, diabetes, and other health-related conditions.
