My name is Richard. I went in for rehab because of a broken leg. I came into this facility needing a lot of help, but I was able to get stronger with therapy and became more independent. This was really hard, but I was able to overcome challenges by doing more exercises on my own. Chelsea was able to help inspire me to do more on my own. I am looking forward to getting home to my wife, driving, and going places. Congratulations Chelsea!

CONGRATULATIONS ON 20 YEARS OF SERVICE-Theresa B., Area Admin Tech

RehabPro Journey: Twenty years ago, I began my career with the opportunity to support the Regional Manager on a special project. In that role, I traveled to multiple facilities to assist with updating Policy and Procedure Manuals, helping ensure consistency and compliance across our organization. As my responsibilities expanded, I became a resource for Rehabilitation Managers and Rehabilitation Technicians, providing support where needed. This included auditing uploaded charts for compliance, assisting with operational processes, and troubleshooting computer and printer issues when remote support was not sufficient. Being able to work directly with teams in the field allowed me to build strong relationships and contribute to the success of our facilities. Following 2020, my role evolved as travel requirements decreased, providing me with the opportunity to focus more extensively on the compliance side of RehabPro. This transition allowed me to deepen my knowledge, strengthen compliance processes, and support the organization's commitment to quality and regulatory excellence. Reflecting on the past 20 years, I am grateful for the opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a variety of roles. The experiences, challenges, and relationships I've gained throughout my journey have made this milestone especially meaningful. I look forward to continuing to support our teams and mission in the years ahead.

Favorite Part of job: One of my favorite aspects of my job has been the opportunity to travel to our facilities and work directly with teams across the region. I especially enjoyed supporting Rehabilitation Technicians and collaborating with Regional Managers to help address challenges and provide assistance where needed. Building relationships, offering hands-on support, and contributing to the success of our teams made these experiences both rewarding and memorable.
