Several wound care companies have closed recently, and many East Texas patients, families and facilities have suddenly lost their wound care provider. Vitality Mobile Wound Care™ is growing quickly to fill that gap.

We're adding nurse practitioners (APRNs) and more visit times across ALL of East Texas and beyond, so patients don't go without care. Our APRN-led team comes to you at home, in assisted living, in skilled nursing and nursing facilities, and in group homes.

We treat: • Diabetic foot ulcers • Venous leg ulcers • Pressure injuries • Surgical wounds that won't heal • Other chronic wounds

We accept Medicare, Texas Medicaid and most commercial plans.
