We are a physician clinic specializing in all types of disability evaluations. We are not a treating facility, but a facility dedicated to the evaluation of the injured or disabled examinee. Because we are not a treating facility, we have no disqualifying relationships with insurance companies. We are available for:
• Maximum Medical Improvement/Impairment Rating Examinations
• Independent Medical

Examinations
• Required Medical Examinations
• Social Security Disability Examinations
• Attorney Requested Examinations

We strive to promptly arrange an appointment for the examinee, thoroughly review the medical records, conduct an extensive examination, and quickly provide a defensible and evidence-based report. We can provide an alternative to involving the Division of Workers’ Compensation, whose process can take up to 2 months for completion. Our turn around time for completing the process is much faster, often within 2 weeks of receiving the referral.
