One of the greatest benefits of massage is increased blood circulation which promotes the transportation of nutrients to your muscles 💪🏼as well as decreasing inflammation, which results in faster recovery from injuries or exercise 🏋️

Regular sessions are key to maintaining your circulation at its peak✨

It’s almost impossible to remove stress entirely from our day-to-day life, however, massage therapy is one of many way to cope with stress and help with anxiety/depression.

When our bodies are stressed (among other things) it produces a hormone called cortisol and when too much is produced, it can negatively impact your physical and mental health!

You may experience high blood pressure, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and even your immune system can be weakened.

That being said, massage helps lower cortisol in your body while also releasing serotonin, the “happy chemical” which helps boost your body’s ability to fight off pain, anxiety and depression!
