We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dietary Supervisor to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with a current Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) credential or be willing to work toward receiving certification.
Position Summary
The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring residents receive nutritious, appealing meals while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role supervises dietary staff, manages food service operations, and promotes a safe, sanitary, and resident-centered dining experience.
