ATTN: All baseball, pickleball, and tennis players!!
Throwing, catching, and pitching puts serious stress on the shoulder—especially the rotator cuff. Strengthening these muscles isn't just about throwing harder; it's about preventing injuries, improving control, and staying game-ready all season. Whether you’re a pitcher, catcher, or position player, shoulder strength and stability are key to unlocking your full potential on the field & court. Don’t skip it—build it!
