Expansion begins when we loosen our attachment to a single way of seeing. Every new perspective reveals something that was hidden before, widening our understanding of ourselves, others, and the world around us. Growth does not ask us to abandon what we know—it asks us to remain open to what else may also be true.

Life is not a single, predetermined story. Every choice, realization, and shift in awareness opens new pathways of becoming. What once seemed fixed may simply be one expression within a much larger field of possibility. We are always participating in the unfolding, and there is more available to us than the path we can currently see.

Every act of inner work strengthens the pattern through which greater light can be embodied. As we become more conscious of our thoughts, choices, wounds, and gifts, what was once dormant begins to awaken. Transformation is not separate from the life we are living—it is created through the way we meet ourselves each day. The light within becomes more visible as we learn to live from it.

The light of Kryst was never meant to belong to one body, one life, or one story. It awakens wherever love becomes embodied—through compassion, courage, mercy, presence, and the willingness to see the sacred in another. This living light is not something we merely worship from a distance. It is something we are invited to carry into the world through the way we live and love.

Tonight I sat beside the fire and burned client records dating back to 2008.

This wasn’t about erasing the past. It was about honoring a season that fulfilled its purpose.

Those pages held stories of healing, grief, courage, and transformation. They represented years of sacred work and lives entrusted to my care. As the flames turned them to ash beneath the moon, I was reminded that every threshold asks something of us.

We cannot carry every version of ourselves into the next chapter.

Sometimes the most sacred act is not holding on—it is blessing what has been, releasing it with gratitude, and creating space for what is waiting to be born.

The ashes are not a symbol of loss.

They are a witness that love completed its work.

Mountains are not formed in a single moment.

They rise through pressure, time, hidden movement, and the quiet work taking place far beneath the surface.

Perhaps the soul unfolds in much the same way.

The seasons that feel heavy are not always signs that something is wrong. Sometimes they are shaping foundations strong enough to carry the life that is still becoming.

This transmission from Sophia is an invitation to trust the hidden work. To remember that nothing true is ever wasted, and that even our deepest descents may become the very ground from which we rise.

The mountain is not separate from the weight it endured.

It is the weight transformed into strength.

Every repeated choice becomes a form of direction. What we return to, practice, believe, and embody gradually shapes the path beneath our feet. Alignment is not a single decision—it is the quiet pattern created over time. The more consciously we choose what reflects our deepest truth, the more clearly our life begins to move toward it.

Title: What If We’ve Misunderstood Michael?

The image of Michael and the dragon has often been interpreted as the destruction of an enemy.

But what if the dragon was never meant to symbolize something to hate?

What if it represents the untamed forces within us—the fears, instincts, and thresholds that challenge us to become more authentic?

In this reflection, I explore Michael not as a warrior of violence, but as the embodiment of clarity, remembrance, and courageous presence. The sword becomes discernment. The shield becomes love. And the greatest victory is not defeating an enemy—it is ending the inner war.

Perhaps the deepest protection is not escaping the darkness, but learning to walk through it without becoming it.
