Be With the Herd at Blue Ray of Hope

Be With the Herd at Blue Ray of Hope Be with the Herd offers a new way of BEING guided by the wisdom of your own personal energies. Many of our retreats are held on this amazing property.

The powerful horse-human connection is combined with science-backed methods to reduce stress, increase resilience and optimize overall heatlh. Blue Ray of Hope was created in 2011, birthed from a vision in the mind of Donna Panucci. Donna was inspired by her studies in the fields of energy medicine and spirituality, quickly realizing the lost art of creating a life filled with health, hope, and ha

ppiness. Her mission is to provide a community of leaders to illuminate the way to reconnecting with our source and the many gifts available within all of us. Dr. Donna Panucci is a motivational coach and spiritual teacher who developed a simple, effective method to obtaining and maintaining a life filled with passion and joy. She comes from a clinical background as an orthodontist, managing a successful practice while “Creating Smiles in More Ways than One” for over 20 years. Donna began her journey of understanding the human psyche by becoming an HBDI® Certified Practitioner, which administers an assessment that evaluates and describes the degree of preference individuals have for thinking in each of the four brain quadrants, as depicted by the Herrmann Whole Brain® Model. Her burning desire to empower her family, friends and patients to see their lives in a positive light led her to study with Doreen Virtue and become a Certified Angel Therapy Practitioner®. Donna also embraced the innate healing power within our energetic bodies as she became a Reiki Master and an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master-Instructor. With this diverse spiritual background, Donna immersed herself in the Akashic Records in 2011, becoming a Pathway Prayer Process Akashic Records Practitioner under the expert guidance of Linda Howe. Her most recent accomplishment is the culmination of three years of studies in Donna Eden's Energy Medicine program. She completed her Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner Certification in February of 2014 and is passionate about teaching this empowering technique to all. Donna’s goal is to assist you in bridging the gap between believing and receiving the visions that you create in your heart, mind and soul. Blue Ray of Hope Center for Holistic Studies boasts beautiful rolling plateaus of karst farmland and picturesque valleys nestled along the the lofty ridges of the Appalachian Mountains. The historic Marvin Chapel constructed in the 1860’s during the Civil War Period in Monroe County, WV stands on the grounds of Chapel Ridge Farm. Come experience the magic of this incredible homestead!

Before you scroll...
Can I borrow just one minute of your day? 💛

If you can, step outside.
Take one slow, deep breath.
Notice something beautiful.

Maybe it's the breeze.
Maybe it's the warmth of the sunshine.
Maybe it's the sound of birds you hadn't noticed until now.

That's it.

You don't have to "fix" your whole day.
You don't have to solve every problem.

Sometimes all your body needs is one small moment to remember what calm feels like.

Those little pauses matter more than we realize.
They remind our nervous system that life isn't only about rushing from one thing to the next.

That's exactly the work we do here at Be with the Herd 🐴

If you’d like to experience a bit of what we offer, join us on August 9. I’ll give you a virtual tour of the ranch and a sneak peek at our upcoming retreat.

Hope to see you there. https://bewiththeherd.myflodesk.com/meettheherd

Happy International Day of Friendship! 💛

Let me share one of my favorite things about every retreat.

It’s seeing women who came as strangers leave feeling like lifelong friends.

Yes, I love sharing the beautiful mountain view and enjoying time with the amazing women and the horses.

But there’s something so profound about seeing the bonds that form.

Witnessing the moment they realize that there are others who understand their journey without them needing every detail explained.

And often these bonds continue even after the retreat ends.

These ‘strangers’ suddenly become the women who cheer you on and celebrate your wins with you.
Who remind you to keep going when things feel tough.
These are the people who become part of your herd.

That truly is a gift.

If you’ve been wanting a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be around women on a similar path, I’d love to welcome you to our October Be Free with the Herd retreat.

You might come for the horses, but don’t be surprised if you leave with a few wonderful friendships too. 🐴💛

Can I offer you a little "what if?" today? 💛

What if calm wasn't something we waited to feel...
What if it was something we practiced?

So many of us wait until we're overwhelmed before we do anything about stress.

We tell ourselves,
"I'll slow down after this project."
"Things will settle down next month."
"I just have to get through this week."

But life has a funny way of filling the space we think is just around the corner.

What if, instead, we gave ourselves regular opportunities to pause?
To breathe.
To help our nervous system remember what calm feels like before life feels overwhelming.

That's exactly why I created Ignite Calm.

Over three Sunday sessions, we'll explore simple practices you can carry into your everyday life.

We can’t stop life from becoming stressful, but you can learn how to move through it.

If that sounds like something your heart has been asking for, I'd love for you to join me.
We begin July 26. 💛

Many women have told me they almost didn’t book a discovery call because they weren’t sure what to expect.

They worried they would have to explain everything perfectly.
Or that I would try to talk them into signing up.

That's not how I work.

Think of it as two women sitting down to chat.

You can bring your questions, your hopes, your challenges, or just an open mind.
I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to listen.

We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and if there’s a path forward that feels right for you.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out.
Come messy, come confused, come with jottings of what’s going on… just come as you are.

If you’ve been wondering if coaching could help, I’d love to meet you.

You can book a discovery call here:

I love hearing what people take away from their time with the herd, especially those who come in as a group.

It’s not easy to be vulnerable around others, so when they allow themselves to open up and let the facade fall away, it’s a truly profound thing to witness.

Lori shared something that stopped me in my tracks.
She said:
"If they truly sense our energies, then maybe what thoughts must go through their minds as they see through the masks that we often hide behind daily in our interactions with others?"

What a beautiful observation.

The horses don't care about your job title, your accomplishments, or the role you play at work.
They simply respond to who you are in that moment.
And maybe that's why these experiences are so powerful.

They invite us to let our guard down, trust ourselves, and connect with one another in a more authentic way.

It's amazing what can shift when no one feels they have to pretend.

If you're looking for a team-building experience that's a little different and leaves a lasting impact, I would love to share it with you.

When people hear about what we do at Be with the Herd, they usually think it’s just about the horses.

But there’s a lot more to it. The herd is just one part of how we help people reconnect with themselves.

I’d like to tell you the real story behind my work and why it means so much to me.

It all began because I wanted to help women who feel stressed, overwhelmed, tired, or disconnected find their way back to themselves.

I’d love to hear which part of my journey connected with you the most. Let me know in the comments or DM me. I’d really like to hear from you. 🐴✨

Can I let you in on a little secret?
Most women don't need someone to tell them they're stressed.

They already know… They feel it every day.
The racing thoughts.
The tight shoulders.
The exhaustion that doesn't go away after a good night's sleep.

So when someone says, "Just relax," it can feel frustrating.
Because if it were that easy, you would've done it already.

Here's what I've learned after years of working with women (and yes, my equine pals have taught me plenty too):
Your body has to feel safe before it can truly relax.

Our nervous system was designed to keep us safe, but sometimes what it thinks is a 5-alarm fire isn’t. So we’re constantly in fight-or-flight, bracing for the next thing to go wrong.

These aren’t exactly conditions you can relax in…
The beautiful thing is, we can teach our bodies to find that sense of safety again.

That's exactly what we'll be practising together in Ignite Calm, beginning July 26.
If your body has been asking for a little more peace lately, I'd love for you to join us. 💛

Today, many people are celebrating freedom.

Which got me thinking about what freedom looks like in our own lives.

Maybe it's finally saying no without feeling guilty.

Maybe it's taking a break without believing you have to earn it first.

Maybe it's trusting yourself instead of second-guessing every decision.

Or maybe it's giving your nervous system permission to stop bracing for what's next.

So often, we think freedom is something outside of us or something we only get to enjoy once we’ve checked all the right boxes.

But some of the most meaningful freedom comes from within.

It's the freedom to breathe deeply.

To choose yourself.

To rest.

To feel safe enough to simply be…

If that kind of freedom feels a little out of reach right now, know that it isn't something you're born knowing how to do. It's something your body can learn.

That's exactly why I created Ignite Calm, to help women reconnect with themselves and build the tools to move through life with greater ease, resilience, and joy.

However you're spending today, I hope you find at least one moment that feels like freedom to you. 💛
