New Horizons, Inc., incorporated November of 1955, is a private, nonprofit Connecticut 501(c) (3) organization that owns and operates both New Horizons Village and Cherry Brook Health Care Center. Our mission is to be the area's center of excellence for providing the best barrier-free quality housing option for adults with physical disabilities and inpatient and outpatient nursing home care.
