The Nurture Place The Nurture Place is a mental wellness movement bringing trauma-informed resources to every family. Together, we create a strong, healthy communities!

The Nurture Place was founded in 2019 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the mission to expand access to care for children, families, and our community. We are committed to an evidence-based, best practice approach to family support. The Nurture Place provides opportunities for families to discover and develop their strengths, heal from adversity and grow thriving and strong connections. We

have two locations serving Central Florida in Winter Garden and in Orlando. Our team is committed to providing a felt-safe space and a wellspring of support in our community for families’ overall wellness. We collaborate with families and community professionals to provide opportunities for prevention, intervention and healing.

Please join us in welcoming Francia to The Nurture Place team! 💛 She has joined us as our new Intake Specialist. We are grateful for the leadership, professionalism, and passion she brings to the team. Welcome, Francia! ✨

Francia shared: "Born in Medellín, Colombia. Raised in Norwalk, CT, and am a resident of Melbourne, FL. I am a proud, loving mother of three young men, my why, the reason why I work so hard to succeed in life. I come from a humble upbringing and had to face motherhood at a very young age, with no solid foundation. Single, I had to work twice as hard, and it took me twice as long. Fast forward, I am a first-generation college graduate, A.A.S in Hospitality Management. B.A. Organizational Management/sales and Marketing, currently pursuing my MBA in Management and Leadership, former CT/FL realtor, business owner, public speaker, co-organized a women-empowering non-profit annual Gala for 4 years, and a happy lover of life."

We can't wait to see your smiling faces in two weeks at Nurturing our Neighbors! ✨ Your presence and support at our annual Nurture Night always brings us joy and hope. You remind us that we are all connected and we are part of a community that shows up for one another.
