Shepherd's Hope is teaming up with Nemours Children's Health and Who We Play For to provide free Back to School and Sports Physicals for uninsured youth.

What is covered?
- School physicals
- Sports physicals (Participation forms must be provided by the parent or guardian)
- ECGs provided by Who We Play For

How to schedule an appointment?
- Call the health center you would like to visit. Numbers listed under each location.

Does my child qualify?
Your child must be 18 years old or younger, be uninsured and have no other insurance options.

Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are highly encouraged.

May is an important month in bringing awareness to the foster care system and all those whose lives intersect with it.

We firmly believe every child has dignity and worth and deserves a safe and nurturing home. Did you know...
💛 there are over 343,000 children are currently in foster care in the U.S,
💛 there are over 20,000 youth age out of foster care each year without a permanent family,
💛 and there are over 70,000 children are in kinship care.

We see those who advocate in the system, those who welcome and care for children needing compassion, and those who come alongside children who have aged out of foster care. We deeply appreciate your commitment to ensuring all children can thrive.
