School starts 8/19; here are some lunch options and my tips:
1. Start them eating well young with fun lunches
2. Give them "mom-approved" choices, they like participating
3. Let them help pack in containers that will keep things separate and safe
4. Leave a snack out for after school; lunchtime can be tight, especially for teens
5. Try the recipes at this link and others--see what they like
6. Don't forget leftovers--maybe skip a day after it was dinner so no boredom
