This is a space to deepen your voice, reconnect with your body as a resource, and learn how to navigate moments of uncertainty with more creativity and trust. develop their unique voice and philosophy, and not only replicating a method

Working in a small group, we’ll integrate somatic movement, expressive arts, and applied mythology to support both your professional development and personal growth. It’s designed for those who feel called toward a more embodied, sustainable, and meaningful way of practicing.
