For those of you who dont know, couple years ago I tore my pec and part of my rotator cuff. Definitely not my first injuries nor will they be my last.

But if there's one thing I have learned first hand when coming back from injuries, but or small, is that your consistency is the key to your success.

Are you being consistent with your:
-Training/Rehab
-Nutrition
-Stretching/Mobility
-Mentality/Effort

Having consistency with all of these things will lead to your success in not only rehabing injuries, but helping prevent others from happening in the future.

You're not alone if you struggle with consistency, I have myself many times. I'm here to tell you if you need help with it, don't hesitate to reach out.
